At TALL FELLO, we produce intensely flavored, fruit forward liqueurs that use hand peeled fruits picked during the height of ripeness. Our 2500 bottle batches are handcrafted in a small warehouse in Glenwood Springs, Colorado.

THE PROCESS

We start with hand peeled fruit that soaks in 190 proof Colorado grown corn vodka from Woody Creek Distillery (which is 20 minutes away in Basalt).

After several weeks of soaking, the peels are strained out and a mixture of water and sugar is added to bring the alcohol content from 190 proof to 56 proof.

Then the alcohol mixture is pumped through our bottling machine into 750ml hand labeled bottles.

Finally, the filled bottles are corked and wrapped with a bottle top tag before being put into cases that are ready to sell.
